At BGS we strive to create a work place that promotes an injury-free environment for our employees, subcontractors, customers and anyone that enters our construction sites.  Our emphasis is a Team approach to safety.  We all work together every day to help ensure fundamentally safe practices.  We intend for every person to go home to their family at the end of every day.

All BGS field personnel and on site field staff are educated by certified MSHA trainers on an annual basis.  Our intention is to go over and above the required standard that MSHA has set to protect our people.  BGS has a zero-tolerance drug testing policy an aggressive fall-protection program.  We provide our employees and subcontractors with the knowledge and tools they need to increase safety and reduce risk through onsite training, daily safety team meetings and by prioritizing the hazards on every job every day.
